Samantha Hancock, CPT

Pregnancy, Postpartum Pelvic Floor Fitness Specialist

Hey there! My name is Sam! I am a pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor fitness and corrective exercise specialist. I have been in the health and fitness industry for 12 years doing both physical therapy and personal training. I started specializing in women’s health about 3 years ago. My goal is to help every women no matter what stage of life they are in reconnect to their body and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Bailee Burningham, DPT

Pelvic Floor Physical therapist

Bailee is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 8 years of specialized experience in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions. She has worked in a variety of pelvic floor settings, including private practices and larger healthcare organizations including Intermountain Health and the renowned Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Chicago. Last year, she opened her own private practice in Ogden, UT and has thoroughly enjoyed being able to provide patients with the personalized care that they deserve in a dedicated pelvic floor clinic. 

In her practice, she treats a wide variety of problems including pain, bladder/bowel dysfunction, prolapse, and prenatal/postpartum care. She is so excited to partner with Sam in order to empower women to create space in their busy lives to prioritize their own well-being, become more active, and discover what our incredible bodies are capable of!

  • This course is designed for gentle progression to build the foundation of connecting your breathing, pelvic floor and core. This connection will help support your back and hips as the baby grows.

  • This course is set up in a gentle progression to help re-connect your healing body. Providing the foundation of muscle activation and connection to become the strong momma you were made to be.

  • No matter the timeline of having babies,

    • If you don’t know where to start to get back into an exercise routine,

    • Are having difficulty reconnecting to your body,

    • Are dealing with any pelvic floor dysfunction, aches and pains.

    Then this course will provide the foundations you need to feel like yourself again.

  • Yes! the female body goes through a lot of hormonal changes and there are lots of components to movement that can alter how our body connects together. You deserve to feel strong, come build the foundation of movement.

  • 5 total weeks.

    Week 1 - going over education and learning the foundation

    Weeks 2-5 - applying the foundation through progressive strengthening and understanding

  • Join the Facebook group linked in your start up email. This is where you can ask questions and post videos to get feedback and guidance.

  • Prizes will include HydroJug, Water Boy electrolytes and one on one sessions with a Pelvic Floor Therapist and a training session with me.

    Points will be distributed based off of your engagement in the Facebook group and social media posts.
