Hey There, I’m Sam!
I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for 10 years. I have worked primarily in outpatient orthopedics. i am married to the most incredible man in the world. We have a very handsome little boy who just turned 3, a beautiful daughter who is 14 months and a spunky labrador. We love to go camping and doing anything active. The sand dunes is our home away from home. Most weekends you can find us with our family and friends creating memories.
I have always been an active person. I played soccer my whole life, along with dabbling in swim, track and field and most recently powerlifting. i hold Utah state records in the bench press and deadlift.
While starting my powerlifting adventure my husband and i tried to grow our family. After having infertility problems and two miscarriages, I became pregnant with our little man in 2021. during these trials my body changed in many ways. Many ways that no one warns you about or talks about. This is where I found my start in women’s health. I have now been working as a PTA alongside a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, for just over 3 years and have been running Women In Motion for the same length of time. I have learned so much and love everything I get to do to help all of you in various settings.
I’m excited to share my passion for helping people and my love for the human body. My goal is to educate women in the importance of pelvic floor health and to help them find love in their bodies through all stages of womanhood.
